The TPP2-C1 actually consists of two parts; it has a long thin probe with a contact-type flat surface connector, and a display unit at the top of the probe with digital screen. To use, simply place the connector on the surface you want to measure, then read the temperature from the screen.
Small and portable for use out in the field, the TPP2-C1 measures temperatures from -50 to 250ºC with 0.1° resolution. Want to jot down a measurement? Simply hit the data hold button on the display unit and it’ll freeze the last value taken on the screen.
On average, the TPP2-C1’s battery lasts for 200 hours, making it ideal for repeated measurements.
