Hydrarite HHLS Series Two-Stage Hydraulic Bolt Tensioner
Designed for wind-turbine and structural bolt tensioning up to 1500 bar, the HHLS-TT36/TT42/TT48 two-stage tensioners axially stretch the bolt to apply preload without the friction losses inherent in torque tightening, allowing multiple studs to be tensioned simultaneously and uniformly via a shared pump. Powered by an ultra-high-pressure hand pump (HHB-180/HHB-280, 2000 bar) or an electric tensioner pump.
