Description
Kärcher High/Low-Pressure Detergent Injector (Without Nozzle)
Part Number: 4.637-032.0
A professional accessory mounted at the machine outlet, designed for precise introduction of chemical detergents during cleaning operations.
Key Features:
-
Dual-Pressure Support: Functions in both high-pressure and low-pressure modes, depending on the nozzle configuration used.
-
Precise Dosage Control: Equipped with an adjustable metering valve, allowing real-time control of detergent dilution based on soil level, reducing waste and environmental impact.
-
Corrosion-Resistant Construction: Made from high-quality brass or chemical-resistant materials to withstand prolonged exposure to aggressive detergents, descalers, and disinfectants.
-
Nozzle Not Included: This part number includes only the injector body. A compatible chemical nozzle must be selected based on your high-pressure washer’s flow rate (L/h) to ensure correct Venturi operation.
Technical Specifications:
-
Maximum Pressure: 300 bar (30 MPa)
-
Maximum Temperature: 95°C (compatible with hot water machines)
-
Connection Type: Typically M22 × 1.5 threaded interface or EASY!Lock-compatible depending on version
-
Weight: Approximately 0.6 kg
Usage Recommendations:
-
Nozzle Matching: Confirm your high-pressure washer model before selecting a nozzle with the appropriate orifice size; otherwise, the injector may fail to draw detergent.
-
Maintenance: After each use with chemicals, flush the system with clean water for about one minute to prevent blockage of the internal check valve and metering ports.
