Description
Kärcher High-Pressure Detergent Injector (Without Nozzle)
Part Number: 4.637-033.0
A straight-through chemical mixing device designed for professional high-pressure washers. Unlike standard injectors, this model is optimized for high-pressure applications, allowing precise detergent dosing without reducing system pressure.
Key Features:
-
High-Pressure Design: Built with high-pressure components capable of withstanding up to 300 bar, ideal for heavy-duty industrial cleaning tasks.
-
Precise Dosage Control: Adjustable metering valve allows accurate detergent concentration control (typically 0–6%), ensuring effective cleaning while minimizing chemical use.
-
Corrosion-Resistant Brass Body: Core components made from heavy-duty brass, resistant to chemicals including car wash detergents, degreasers, and acidic cleaners.
-
Nozzle Not Included: This part number includes only the injector body. A compatible Venturi nozzle must be selected based on the washer’s flow rate (L/h) to ensure proper suction function.
Technical Specifications:
-
Maximum Pressure: 300 bar (30 MPa)
-
Maximum Temperature: 95°C (fully compatible with HDS hot water series)
-
Connection Interface: Typically M22 × 1.5 threaded (older versions) or via adapter for EASY!Lock system
-
Weight: Approximately 0.5 kg
Usage Recommendations:
-
Nozzle Matching: Confirm the internal nozzle size (e.g., 1.2 mm, 1.8 mm) compatible with your machine’s flow rate before use.
-
Maintenance: After using chemicals, flush the system with clean water for 30–60 seconds to prevent crystallization and blockage of the internal precision valves.
